No collar required, as SureFlap reads your cat's microchip. The cat flap has a selective entry, meaning only registered cats can enter, but all pets can exit.

Note: It's essential to check for metal in the door, as this can interfere with the cat flap sensors. Test this by holding a magnet against the door. However, some metals, like aluminum, may not be detected this way and might require cutting a small hole to check.
