A practical halter that you can let the horse wear for example in the pasture or paddock. This safety halter from Waldhausen has silver-colored buckles and can be adjusted both around the nose and poll. On one side there is a strap split in two with Velcro that can be opened and closed. This means that the halter has an integrated safety function in case the horse should get stuck and need to get rid of the halter.
The velcro strap at the neck piece is two-parted, it goes down over the part in the middle with Velcro on both sides. This makes the halter durable enough to use as a regular halter but allows the halter to open when needed.
Perfect for horses that are difficult to catch or when you prefer to let the horse out in the pasture with a halter on. With a safety halter, the horse can get loose if it gets stuck when the Velcro detaches and halter opens.
