This product contains chelated zinc and inulin. Zinc is very important for the horse's skin. If there is a lack of zinc, the horse can show any of the following symptoms: hoof damage, reduced immune system, hair loss and skin problems.
If the horse's feed does not provide enough zinc, or if the horse shows deficiency symptoms, zinc can be given as a supplement.
Zinc can also be given to pregnant and lactating mares, as well as horses that are working hard as they may have a greater need for zinc.
Composition: Zinc chelate, zinc sulfate, inulin, diatomaceous earth
Dosage; 1 dose measure daily
