This is a separate rug surcingle from QHP that holds the horse's quilt in place. It is especially useful for fleece blankets that have no other made. The adjustment moon on the belt is large and elastic, and therefore fits many different perimeters and horses. The elasticity also contributes to a good comfort as well as a good fit. Buckles in iron with nickel around.
Material: 73% polyester, 17% rubber, 10% nylon.
